The objective of the library is to bring a service to the community that encourages children and adults to make reading a part of their daily lives. Through the library we also hope to help local students develop the ability to do research for homework. The library is a study, research, and formative place for students and the community of Panabaj.  The library is open Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5 pm, attended by a teacher.
