  What is the triumphant children project about?

This childrens´project promotes the development of educational competence and achievement in the communities of Panabaj and Chuk Muk, with a focus on the areas of language, mathematics, English, and technology, as well as other needed subjects where students are lacking. This project also maintains school and home visits to provide the students with support in ways that give them competence in all areas of their lives.

TRIUMPHANT CHILDREN PROJECT

This project focuses on girls and boys in primary school between the ages of 7 to 13, who study in different educational centers, and have the following characteristics:

 

  • from a family with scarce economic resources

  • average of 5 to 7 siblings

  • from a rural area

  • parents who did not attend school

  • little to no possibility of continuing their education

Why is it important to promote education in children?

Education contributes to improving personal lives and the development of society. It allows children to acquire the knowledge and skills necessary to adopt healthy lifestyles, and to take an active role in making the decisions that will affect them in the future.

Overall objective of the project

Strengthen the knowledge of children through school reinforcement in the areas of language, mathematics, English, and technology.

  • Strengthen learning achievements

  • Expand vocabulary and communication 

  • Address the learning needs and demands of each child in the program
